Imcuci Terms and Conditions – Complete Guide for All Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and imcuci ("Platform", "We"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the imcuci platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided.

By completing the account registration process or simply accessing the imcuci platform, you automatically agree to fully comply with these Terms and Conditions. This acceptance is binding in its entirety and cannot be accepted partially.

Imcuci operates under a valid international gambling license. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of imcuci's services complies with the laws and regulations of their place of residence.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the imcuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3 Player Account

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account on the imcuci platform. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, shared, or sold to any other party.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account, including any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

• Please use a strong and unique password for your imcuci account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account security.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Contact imcuci support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Imcuci shall not be liable for any losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their own account credentials secure. However, our team will assist in promptly investigating and resolving any reported cases.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Imcuci supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods including Malaysian online banking, TNG eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods.
• All deposits must be made using an account registered in the player's name only.
• Imcuci does not accept third-party deposits.
• Deposits are typically credited within 1–3 minutes after payment confirmation.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.
• Players must complete the KYC verification process before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days.
• The bank account or digital wallet used for withdrawals must be registered under the same player's name.
• Imcuci reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for large withdrawal amounts.

All funds in an imcuci account belong to the player and are held separately from the company's operational funds. Player funds are not used for any imcuci business purposes.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Imcuci offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and withdrawal limits specified for each offer.

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. These requirements vary depending on the type of bonus.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses that are unused or whose wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the specified period will be automatically cancelled.

• Imcuci is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connection failures, device malfunctions, or other external factors beyond the platform's control.

11 Account Termination

Players may close their imcuci account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and no active investigations are pending.

Imcuci reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following situations:
